Welcome to D&D Window Cleaning. By scheduling a service or using our website or contacting us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

D&D Window Cleaning provides professional window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unreasonable.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept [cash, check, and/or digital payment options — customize as needed].

Late payments may result in additional fees or service suspension.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure clear access to windows and surrounding areas.

Notify us in advance of any fragile items or problem areas.

Pets must be secured during service.

5. Liability

We take care during every job, but D&D Window Cleaning is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to windows, screens, or frames

Damage caused by unstable surfaces or unsecured property

Water intrusion due to poor seals or faulty construction

If damage is believed to have been caused by our services, it must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

6. Weather Policy

For the safety of our team and quality of service, appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, lightning, high winds).

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
